J Staffz is known as a pianist with classical training, rhythm producer, singer, DJ, engineer and most of the social media from Toronto, Canada. Early in life, J Staffz (His name, a combination of the private and middle initials and his last name) was exposed to music by his family and discovered that he has a natural musical talent. He took piano lessons through the Royal Conservatory of Music at six and continued his studies as time allowed. J Staffz’s musical appetite expanded as his musical repertoire and he learned to play steel drums in St. Kitts and Nevis, his family’s hometown, and took professional drum lessons as well.

His musical skills began to rise rapidly, and at the beginning of his life, he began to create beats, then expanded to produce songs. His first song that changed regularly came when he was 19 in Toronto. With an insatiable musical mind and a desire to continue learning how to market himself and get his musical message out, he engaged early on in social media to create a wider fan base.
Realizing that he needed to expand his marketability and build his record production business, Jay Stepz adopted social media and especially Twitter as an early marketing platform. His tactical move to social media has been a success. His brand grew rapidly and began to attract well-known artists such as G-Unit, Wiz Khalifa, Belly, P Reign, Uncle Murda, French Montana, 40 Glocc, Yung Berg, Fat Joe and many others.
Jay Stepz was constantly immersed in the depths of his musical curiosity and studied at the Metalworks Institute to study audio engineering and recording. However, he found that his real interest was more in making music than in the engineering side of the business, so he leveraged his new knowledge to increase the depth of his recording productions.
He had the burning desire and unlimited energy to continually strengthen his brand, as he recognized that the recording industry would always be in constant musical swing. So, with foresight, he began exploring the possibilities of expanding his brand by embarking on making rhythm beds and composing music for the entertainment industry.
Expanding his resume, J Staffz became an in-house producer for Silverbridge Media. This arrangement allowed him to strengthen his brand by composing music and rhythm beds for the vacuum. Viacom customers included MTV, VH1, VH2, HBO and other networks under the Viacom umbrella.
J Staffz recognized and understood the power of online advertising and exposure. He then partnered with Google to set up an investment firm in Google AdWords, JSB Solutions. JSB Solutions’ mission is to fund and provide campaign management to clients in exchange for equity in projects.
